Your local clinic will offer: • Flu (influenza) vaccine • FluMist Have Insurance? • Please bring your insurance card. No Insurance? • No problem! Get vaccinated at no out-of-pocket cost. Registration: • To reduce your wait time, please register in advance. • Based on available resources, walk-ins can be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. • To sign up for this clinic, or to find other clinics near you, scan the QR code at right or visit schoolflu.com
